    SHIPPING & RETURNS

     

    Carriers

    Packages are shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment, when products are in stock or after reception of the product by ev-pow.com from whole-sale.

    The shipping method used is UPS Express or Chronopost with tracking and signature at the point of reception. An online tracking link will be sent to you when your order is shipped.


    The shipping costs include the preparation and packing costs as well as the shipping costs.


    Our team makes sure to use boxes of the right size and to properly protect your items.

     

    Deadlines and Tariffs

    Our chosen couriers work on the following principle timescales, from the point of uplift to the point of reception.

    Deliveries take place during office hours: we advise you to have your parcel delivered to your place of work or to ensure a presence at the chosen delivery address.

    Reception

    At the time of receiving the parcels, we recommend:

    Return & Retraction

    ARTICLE 8: PRICE
    Items are billed based on the existing rate at the time of order registration. Prices are quoted in EURO. All taxes included and excluding shipping costs. The prices take into account the VAT rate applicable on the day of the order.

    Please note that deliveries made to countries outside the European Union may be subject to various taxes and fees, including customs and import VAT. These costs are exclusively borne by the buyer.

     

    ARTICLE 9: TERMS AND DELIVERY TIMES
    The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer at the time of the order on the order form and only in the geographical areas that we serve.     When and how to issue effective reserves?

    On delivery of your shipment, you must check the contents of your dispatch. If you notice a damage it must be expressed and documented at the point of reception.
